This program is designed to enable managers who have moved into their role from being individual contributors, many of who don’t have managerial experience. Participants go through an immersive learning experience where they acquire and practice skills to manage self, manage others, and manage various aspects of a business.

A program tailored for middle managers who have some experience in their current role, and are well poised to build their ability to collaborate across functions and levels of leadership and create business impact. Participants go through a bespoke learning journey and deepen their skills and competencies and build action plans around how specifically they will apply what they learn.

This program hones in on high-performing middle managers who have proven their mantle in their current role and are ready to take on organizational leadership roles. This experiential program is a deep dive into bridging the gap between senior management and middle management and develop the capability to lead across organizational boundaries, collaborate, and solve complicated problems.
